NC Governor's Commission on Population and the Family

The North Carolina Governor's Commission on Population and the Family was formed in 1967, and was chaired by NC Senator Marshall Rauch (D-Gaston). This photo was dated October 11, 1967.

C. Horace Hamilton, who was CPC's Consulting Demographer, a Visiting Professor of Sociology and Biostatistics at UNC, and retired professor from North Carolina State University, is standing third from left. John B. Graham, standing fourth from right, was Chair of the committee which first developed the Carolina Population Center.
