Microsoft Exchange Server, Outlook E-mail, and Synching Your PDA/Smartphone

ITS is migrating their email infrastructure for faculty and staff from the Cyrus IMAP platform to the Microsoft Exchange mail and calendar platform. This session will give a quick overview of IMAP vs. Exchange, the Outlook client, the Outlook web interface, the new archive solution, and what you need to know to sync your Exchange account to your PDA/Smartphone.
