Kathy Rose
Kathy Rose is a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of
Epidemiology at UNC-CH. A major research interest is in the study of
sociodemographic and economic influences (at both the individual and
neighborhood levels) across the life course on cardiovascular health in
aging populations. Other areas of interest include the association
between employment status in health in women, the association between
migraine headaches and cardiovascular disease, and the association of
PTSD/exposure to combat stress in Vietnam era veterans with
cardiovascular health in later years.
