How to link to an email address
Step-by-step tutorial for Plone 3.0 users
- Enter your user name and password and log in.
- Navigate to the location where you want the link to an email address.
- Click the
tab. Edit boxes will appear for the Title, Description, and Body Text. - Select the text that will become the link.
- Click on the external link icon.
The external link dialog will appear. - Delete the "http://" and type in "mailto:emailaddress" (no spaces), where "emailaddress" is the destination email.
