About Us
MEASURE Evaluation is a team of experienced organizations awarded a leader with associates cooperative agreement by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) to be their Global Health Bureau's primary vehicle for supporting improvements in monitoring and evaluation in population, health and nutrition worldwide. The "leader" is the initial award to the team, and "associates" are additional awards made by USAID missions and bureaus.
The Team
MEASURE Evaluation is implemented by the Carolina Population Center at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with Futures Group, ICF Macro, John Snow, Inc., Management Sciences for Health, and Tulane University.
Mission
MEASURE Evaluation provides technical leadership through collaboration at local, national, and global levels to advance the field of monitoring and evaluation.
Program Areas
MEASURE Evaluation works to improve programs in many areas including avian influenza, family planning and reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, malaria, orphans and vulnerable children, poverty and equity, and tuberculosis.
Where We Work
MEASURE Evaluation works in many countries in four regions of the world - Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean, and the Middle East.
