ICF Macro has an immediate opening for a Resident Technical Advisor (RTA) based in Bangkok, Thailand, under the MEASURE Evaluation Phase III project. The RTA will support MEASURE Evaluation’s HIV/AIDS work in the region, through both region-wide and country-specific activities. The position will be supported by other U.S.-based MEASURE Evaluation technical staff as necessary to implement MEASURE Evaluation’s HIV/AIDS scope of work in the region.
Role and Responsibilities

Coordinate regional efforts to strengthen M&E systems for MARPS (most-at-risk populations)

Design standard measurement tools/methodologies for MARPS

Support use of data from the three-year Coverage Plus Study

Work closely with the U.S.-based MEASURE Evaluation Activity Lead
Requirements and Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in international health or a related discipline
- At least two years of experience working in the region
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively with U.S. government agencies, host country institutions, U.S. government implementing partners and international technical organizations
- 25-30% travel within the region required
- This is a local/regional hire. Preference given to candidates from Southeast Asia
