MEASURE Evaluation provides technical leadership through collaboration at local, national, and global levels to build the sustainable capacity of individuals and organizations to identify data needs, collect and analyze technically sound data, and use that data for health decision-making.

We develop, implement and facilitate state of the art methods for and approaches to improving health information systems, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and data use; and we collect, share, and disseminate information, knowledge, and best practices in order to increase the use of data and advance the field of health monitoring and evaluation in many countries.

MEASURE Evaluation is a Leader with Associates cooperative agreement. This is a partnership of experienced organizations chosen competitively for their ability to assist the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) with addressing M&E needs.

The "Leader" is the initial award to the partnership, and "Associates" are additional agreements or grants made to MEASURE Evaluation by USAID missions and bureaus to the already competed mechanism.
