Abstract
Greetings to the second On-Line Forum for discussion of Routine Health Information Systems. I am pleased to have the opportunity to moderate this electronic discussion from April 1st to April 8th 2002 entitled, "Developing a culture of information as a key determinant of sustainable quality information availability and use."
I am positive that we will have a lively and interesting week of discussions—this is a topic dear to many. All thoughts, ideas, comments, responses, and questions are welcome, regardless how provocative!
