MEASURE Evaluation has developed and applied a variety of tools to improve decision-making in the health sector. MEASURE Evaluation has packaged these tools into user friendly formats in order to expand their use and impact. In some cases, these tools have also contributed to international standardization of methodologies and strengthening host-country capacity for decision making.
