This HTML-based compendium includes a variety of population- and facility-based assessment tools which can be used at different levels of the health system.
This document was intended to function as an archive for all Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) tools developed by the BASICS I and OMNI projects, which focused on child health and micronutrients, respectively. There are a total of 24 child survival M&E tools.
