The tool format is a facilitated group process that allows leaders to self-assess the level of development in many aspects of their organization’s human resource management system.

This tool was designed to help policymakers, senior managers or stakeholder groups identify those health management functions for which responsibility and management authority are most ambiguous, in either a single area of the organization, such as personnel or financial resources, or at the national health system level.

This individual self-report assessment is currently used as part of the Leadership Development Program (pdf, 247.24KB) both as a learning tool and as a pre-and post-program evaluation tool.

This tool assesses the employees’ sense of well-being in any organization and can be used by organizations of any size where confidentiality can be maintained.

This tool was developed to help mid- to senior-level managers determine potential revenues and costs of programs and services as well as plan for expansion.
