QuickStart
Quickstart is a tool to help non-governmental organizations evaluate their policies, procedures, and internal controls in preparation for a pre-award audit by a donor organization. Quickstart provides guidelines for assessing each of the six key business systems evaluated by donor organizations. These systems are: Accounting, Procurement, Personnel, Travel, Property Management, and Information.
