Master's Programs
The MEASURE Evaluation Project is committed toward sustainable capacity for monitoring and evaluation of population, health and nutrition programs in developing countries. Strengthening in-country master's degree training programs and building the monitoring and evaluation skills of health professionals is therefore of prime importance.
The objective for the master's degree programs is to provide extensive training in the collection, analysis, evaluation and use of population and health data in developing countries. Students will undertake training in epidemiology, demography, reproductive health and survey methods and will have the opportunity to specialize according to their interests. Interested students should apply to the respective universities to be considered for acceptance. Support for the master's degree training can be arranged through the academic program to admitted candidates. Full support for master's degree training will range between US $15,000 - $20,000, exclusive of airfare. The MEASURE Evaluation Project has arranged for a limited number of fellowships for master's degree training to be awarded through the universities.
