CPC Fellow Johnson consulted for Charlotte Observer story on growing minority populations

The results of the 2010 Census show that minorities now make up the majority of Charlotte's population. In a recent Charlotte Observer article, CPC Fellow James H. Johnson, Jr. attributes this change to the "graying" and "browning" of the American population.
