Cholera research by CPC Fellow Emch featured in Voice of America article

A recent UNC-Chapel Hill study, co-authored by CPC Fellow Michael Emch, connected increases in temperature and rainfall to higher numbers of cholera cases. These two factors enable the bacteria that cause cholera to spread more easily. The study's findings may help to more accurately predict cholera outbreaks in the future.
