CPC Fellows Cai, Handa and Popkin discuss "Public Health, Public Policy, and Coercion," April 5

On Friday, April 5, CPC Faculty Fellows Yong Cai (Sociology), Ashu Handa (Public Policy), and Barry Popkin (Nutrition) will present: "Public Health, Public Policy, and Coercion - Should we ban the big gulp? - The Chinese one child policy - Paying poor people for compliance."
