Amy H. Herring, ScD, is Professor of Biostatistics at UNC. She collaborates with students, postdoctoral scholars, and faculty members at UNC and other universities on research involving new statistical methods and innovative applications of statistics in public health and medicine. Long-standing research interests include environmental health science, reproductive epidemiology, maternal and child health, neonatology, and nutrition and obesity.
