Individual Time Allocation Master File
The
CHNS Time Use Master File contains information regarding the amount of time
individuals spent taking care of the home, parents and children. As a
longitudinal file, this file contains multiple years of data for each
individual. An individual can have from
1 to 7 years of data as designated by the WAVE
variable which contains the survey year, 1989, 1991, 1993, 1997, 2000 or 2004.
This
file consolidates Time Use data from 11 survey files:
