The following is a list of published articles. Click "view paper" and you can get the full-text article. To order a paper that does not have a full-text linkage, please send an email message to chns@unc.edu. In your message, please indicate the title of the publication you wish to receive. Be sure to include your postal address. If the paper is available, we will send a copy of the paper to you through the US mail. Requests from outside the United States should expect a delay of one to six weeks depending on the country to which the post is being sent. Only papers co-authored by Barry Popkin, the project coordinator, which have been published in Western journals are available for distribution. We cannot distribute copies of in-press articles.
