MEASURE Evaluation Task Order

The Global Health Monitoring and Evaluation Task Order is implemented by John Snow Inc., partnering with the Carolina Population Center at UNC, Tulane University, Macro International Inc., and Constella Futures. The goal of the Task Order is to improve the collection, analysis, and presentation of data to promote better use of data in planning, policy-making, managing, monitoring, and evaluating PHN programs. Its specific tasks are: (1) increased user demand for quality information and facilitation of information use; (2) increased individual and institutional technical capacity; (3) increased collaboration and coordination; (4) improved tools, methodologies, and technical guidance; and (5) Increased availability of data, analyses, methods and tools.
