Data-Use Application Procedures

To apply for access to any of the restricted-use contractual NSYR data sets, prospective users must first submit one copy of the following: A Researcher Info Sheet (pdf or rtf) A Research Plan (pdf or rtf) A current CV Please submit these documents to: Terri Clark — NSYR Carolina Population Center University of North Carolina CB# 8120, University Square East, Suite 308 123 West Franklin Street Chapel Hill, NC 27516-2524 terric@email.unc.edu You will be notified within one month, via email, regarding the status of your application.	If your research plan is approved, you will be asked to complete a multi-part contract, which includes two copies of each of the following: A Data File Order Form A Data Security Plan A Data User Agreement A Supplemental Agreement with Research Staff Security Pledge Forms (to be submitted for each member of the research staff) A copy of the contract is available for downloading in Adobe portable document format (pdf) or rich text format (rtf). You will be notified within one month, via email, regarding the status of your contract approval.
