Strengthening Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research Capacity of the Community Health and Social Service Programs in the United Republic of Tanzania

The MEASURE Evaluation project plans to implement a program of action designed to strengthen the monitoring, evaluation, and research capacity of community health and social service programs in Tanzania. The focus is on three priority areas: (1) increased use of quality data to develop policies and guidelines and to promote advocacy for community health and social service programs; (2) increased use of quality routine data at the local government, community and facility levels to improve program planning, budgeting, and implementation; and (3) increased evidence base for community health and social services programs.
