- Background:
- Luis currently serves as a research associate with the Department of Research and Technology at the State Technical University of Quevedo in Ecuador. Prior to arriving at CPC, Mr. Vallejo was the field supervisor for the NIH-supported project, "Frontier Migration and the Rural Environment in Ecuador" (Richard Bilsborrow R21HD052092).
