Description of Work

This position will assist research administrators at a large research center by processing routine accounting actions such as independent contractor payments, vendor set-up requests, vouchers, journals, direct payment for airfare, and travel reimbursements. Reconcile charges. Assist with archiving accounting records.

Education and Experience

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Essential Skills:
Demonstrated Excel skill.

Experience processing payments in a university setting and experience with ConnectCarolina systems.
