On Friday, November 2nd, Sara Bleich, PhD, will present Menu Labeling and Restaurant Behavior as part of the Carolina Population Center 2018-2019 Interdisciplinary Research Seminars series. Bleich is a Professor of Public Health Policy at the Harvard Chan School of Public Health in the Department of Health Policy and Management. She is also the Carol K. Pforzheimer Professor at the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study. Bleich’s research provides evidence to support policies to prevent obesity and diet-related diseases, particularly among vulnerable populations.

Professor Bleich is hosted by Carolina Population Center Fellows Shu Wen Ng and Lindsey Smith Taillie. Ng is an Associate Professor and Taillie is a Research Assistant Professor, both in the Department of Nutrition at UNC-Chapel Hill.
