Research Team
  A multidisciplinary team of researchers from the Carolina
    Population Center (UNC-CH), the Department
    of Geography (UNC-CH), and the Institute for Population and Social
    Research (Mahidol University, Thailand) are involved in the Nang Rong Projects.
    Team members (past and present) consist of faculty, staff, and graduate research
    assistants from various backgrounds with expertise in sociology, demography, physical
    geography, GIS, remote sensing, statistical and spatial analyses, environmental modeling,
    economics, and nutrition.
