Based on the CHNS data set and regarding the children in eight provinces or regions of Rural
China as analysis unit, from the view of Intergenerational mobility ,the paper analyze the income of children and its factors using Multilevel Statistical Models. The result indicates the Agricultural Technological Progress has an important influence on the income of children by Changing Employment structure; the result also finds that there is Intergenerational Income Mobility differences about the Agricultural Technological Progress between provinces or regions. Government should increase human capital investment in children of Rural China, specifically create more occupational training etc,
optimize Employment structure, improving Intergenerational mobility.
