Topic: Epidemiology as a Tool for Environmental Justice

Libby McClure is an occupational epidemiologist with several years of experience conducting community-engaged research projects as well as large-scale records-based disease and mortality studies. McClure’s research background is rooted in environmental justice and addresses community concerns. She employs collaborative methodologies to engage with stakeholders and study how communities facing occupational and environmental hazards experience and challenge oppression in their daily lives.
