The Carolina Population Center also welcomes external affiliates at institutions that do not have a population center but who are engaging in population science as part of the Carolina Population Network. External affiliates receive access to a grant-working group and weekly seminars, opportunities for for short-term research visits as well as longer-term sabbaticals in Chapel Hill, and networking opportunities with population researchers at CPC and other institutions across the Carolinas.
