Maria Gallo will present as part of the Carolina Population Center’s 2024-2025 Interdisciplinary Research Seminar Series.
Topic: Effects of Attending A Crisis Pregnancy Center
Maria Gallo is the Chair of the Department of Epidemiology at the Gillings School of Global Public Health. Her research focuses on the prevention of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and unintended pregnancies, as well as the reduction of risky sexual behaviors.
