CPC Fellow and Professor of Nutrition, Barry Popkin has been awarded a 5-year grant from the National Cancer Institute at the National Institutes of Health. “Diet, Activity, Obesity & the Built Environment Dynamics” is a longitudinal study with work continuing until June of 2010. Co-Investigators of the project are Penny Gordon-Larsen, CPC Fellow and Assistant Professor of Nutrition, and David Guilkey, CPC Fellow and a Cary C. Boshamer Distinguished Professor of Economics.
