Summary

The evaluation will collect endline data as part of an ongoing evaluation of the FUTURES-My Forest, My Livelihood, My Family project implemented by Care Ethiopia and its local consortium partners. A mixed-methods baseline evaluation was conducted November-December 2021 and a midline evaluation using qualitative data was collected April-May 2023, with funding from the U.S. Agency for International Development. To complete the evaluation, a mixed-methods endline evaluation is planned in 2025 with joint funding from the Packard Foundation and USAID. The evaluation will measure how the project has affected family planning, gender, livelihood, agricultural, and conservation outcomes and will produce learning on integrated programming as a model for development.
