AbstractDr. Olsen and colleagues share our concerns with the quality of paternal reports of reproductive events, particularly spontaneous abortion, and cite evidence for their fallibility. Reliance on paternal reports constitutes one of the deficiencies in the study by Infante et al. [1976a], although Olsen et al.’s main concern is with the pattern of results and their interpretation.
