Abstract

We welcome Sorlie's appraisal of the Add Health-NHANES discordance. His tenure within the NHLBI, its longstanding sponsorship of NHANES, and his intimate knowledge of blood pressure methodology within NHANES indicate his command of NHANES' strengths.
