I am a third-year Sociology Ph.D. student and a second-year Biosocial Sciences Trainee at the CPC. My research focuses on how structural racism shapes social landscapes on physiological health across the life course. I obtained my undergraduate degrees in Psychology (B.S) and Sociology (B.A), with a minor in Women's and Gender Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2023. I recently received my MA in Sociology in April 2026. Previously, I worked as a postbaccalaureate fellow in the Epidemiology Branch at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, where I was part of the Puberty and Cancer research group before coming back to UNC as a graduate student.
