Autumn Hullings
Autumn Hullings is a 4th year PhD candidate in the Nutrition department. Autumn is working with Dr. Penny Gordon-Larsen’s team studying diet and metabolomics in relation to cardiovascular disease and obesity. Prior to coming to UNC, Autumn received her Master’s in Public Health Epidemiology from the George Washington University and worked as a research analyst at the National Cancer Institute for 3 years.
