OBJECTIVES/HYPOTHESIS: To determine drivers of the racial disparity in stage at diagnosis and overall survival (OS) between black and white patients with HPV-negative head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). STUDY DESIGN: Retrospective cohort study.
