Abstract

Electromagnetic fields from several sources, including video display terminals, electric power lines, and electric blankets, have recently been targeted as possible contributors to adverse reproductive outcomes. The increase in the number of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) facilities in the last ten years has raised concerns about MRI workers’ exposure to electromagnetic radiation as well.
