Mary Carmody
Mary is a doctoral student in the Department of Epidemiology at the Gillings School of Global Public Health. Her research focuses on how social determinants of health and structural oppression intersect to influence access to quality sexual and reproductive education and healthcare, particularly among marginalized populations such as queer communities and incarcerated individuals.
