We are seeking to hire an energetic and bright Research Assistant who will support participant recruitment and data/sample collection activities for health research studies in central North Carolina. The position primarily involves home visits as well as phone and written contact with study participants. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work independently while functioning as a member of a team and be comfortable working with a diverse population including young children and infants. Spanish fluency, phlebotomy skills, and/or 24hr Dietary recalls experience is highly desired.

This is a part-time position (20-30 hours per week) with primarily afternoon, evening, and weekend hours and flexibility required to accommodate participant schedules. A full-time position may also be considered. Multiple positions are available. Some positions may focus on particular aspects such as phone and email contact with limited in person contact.
