In my research I use both demographic and qualitative methods to study how health and social policy replicate, worsen, or alleviate health inequities across the life course. Prior to starting my position, I completed my PhD in Public Policy at Duke University. As a postdoctoral trainee at the CPC I will examine how variation in state-level LGBTQ+ policies is associated with mental health in young adulthood, especially for LGBTQ+ individuals.
